I am sorry that Mr Rodney and I were unable to communicate effectively. It is often difficult to discern tone from emails and texts. I never intended disrespect; the time of the appointment was scheduled to coordinate with when he told me he would arrive, and the address was the apartment he wished to see. And, I did try and rectify the misunderstanding immediately. I try and treat all of my clients and potential clients with respect and dignity, and I take joy in helping people find a home that they love. I do hope Mr. Rodney found a home that makes him happy.
